Frommer’s Review:
American interior designer Ed Tuttle took five separate Haussmann-era buildings and wove them into a seamless whole to create this citadel of 21st-century luxury living. High ceilings, colonnades, and interior courtyards speak of the buildings’ former lives, but other than the facades, all is completely modern inside — not just contemporary, but luxe modern. The third Hyatt in Paris, this palace enjoys the greatest and most prestigious location in "Ritz Hotel country." Graced with modern art, this place is filled with elegant fabrics, huge mirrors, walk-in closets, mahogany doors, and Jim Thompson silk. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and state-of-the-art, with elegant furnishings and glamorous bathrooms with "rain showers," plus separate tubs.

Fodor’s Review:
Understated luxury with a contemporary Zen vibe differentiates this Hyatt from its more classic neighbors between the place Vendôme and Opéra Garnier. Five Haussmann-era office buildings have been converted into a showcase for polished beige limestone, mahogany veneer surfaces, and bronze sculptures. The minimalist coolness in the rooms extends to the Japanese-inspired spalike baths, under-floor heating, and spacious dressing area. Spa treatments feature French Carita products, and the entire hotel is Wi-Fi accessible.Copyright
